Complete Works…

Three actors attempt to perform all of Shakespeare’s plays in 97 minutes: hilarity ensues!

This production of the worldwide comedy phenomenon features an updated script, stars local professional talent, and is directed by SSC Artistic Director James Alexander Bond.

Our next public performance will be on Saturday, March 2nd at Pope’s Museum in Ochlocknee, GA, as part of an event running from 10:30 AM to 1 PM. Find more information and RSVP on Facebook.

Phil Croton is delighted to be part of this production. Phil began his acting career after his parents were pleased to discover he could “act a little bit” and enrolled him in a drama school in London. So his introduction to William Shakespeare was as a playwright who gave this young lad wonderful lines and scenes to learn and not, as the vast majority of school children do, as a writer to be studied in a classroom, from a book, in an English lesson, whilst looking out of the window and longing to be out there, doing anything but this. Playing sports perhaps…

Laura W. Johnson is a professional actor and producer who has performed as part of numerous regional and local theater companies, including the Thomasville Entertainment Foundation, the New American Shakespearean Tavern (The Changeling, Doctor Faustus), Southern Shakespeare Company’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Helena), As You Like It (Rosalind) and Macbeth (Lady Macbeth), Theatre Tallahassee (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Five Women Wearing the Same Dress, Bug, Lend Me a Tenor, and Black Coffee), and most recently as part of New Stage Works’ White Rabbit, Red Rabbit and Southern Shakespeare Company’s A Mini Midsummer Night’s Dream (Titania). Laura has also performed on the Ruby Diamond Concert Hall stage as part of the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra’s Requiem of Resistance, sharing the story of Verdi’s Requiem at Terezin concentration camp through narration. Laura is highly visible in film, commercials, and television, including the CW’s The Originals, Amazon Prime’s Life’s Rewards, and Hallmark’s The Single’s Guidebook to Love; and as the regular, on-air host for the Multistate POWERBALL draw.
